SALW Paliamentary Handbook - 2008
This is the update of the Paliamentary Handbook initially developed in 2006 by SEESAC with support from the Parliamentary Forum on Small Arms and Light Weapons in Sweden. It has been designed for Parliamentarians from the Western Balkans Region but its basic principles can be applied globally.
Firearms Posession and Domestic Violence in the Western Balkans
This ia a comparative study of legislation and implementation mechanisms regulating civilian arms posession and domestic violence. The findings of the research are intended for use as a lobbying platform from which civil society can advocate for improvements in legislation.

SALW Parliamentary Handbook - 2006

Missing Pieces - A Guide for Reducing Violence through Parliamentary Action has been written for parliamentarians, their advisors and civil society to guide, inspire and suggest action. This publication was produced by the Centre for Humanitarian Dialogue and the Inter-Parliamentary Union.

Analysis on National Legislation on Arms Exports and Transfers in the western Balkans (Pdf)This publications provides a an assessment of the existing laws and regulations within the region concerning SALW transfers as well as an overview of progress in each state. The study looks into the existing legislative and procedural loopholes and provides recommendations for improvement in line with the EU Code of Conduct.

Arms Laws Compendium (Link to SEESAC webpage) The South Eastern Europe Regional Arms Law Compendium includes over 1,000 pages of existing (and several draft) areas of legislation on SALW from: Albania, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, FYR Macedonia, Romania, Moldova, Serbia and Montenegro.
